Ms. Casso is a founding and managing partner of the Casso Macy Law Group.
She concentrates her practice in the areas of foreclosure law, general business law and dealer law.
As in-house legal counsel, Ms. Casso has extensive experience representing motorcycle and automobile dealerships.
Additionally, she represents clients against lenders in foreclosure actions and for deceptive and predatory lending practices, including filing and pursuing complaints with federal regulators and discrimination complaints with the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Ms. Casso has spent many years representing clients in the formation and selection of business entities, reorganizing and dissolving corporations, and assists clients in matters involving contracts, lease agreements, vendor agreements, land acquisition and due diligence.
Ms. Casso received her undergraduate degree, MBA and law degrees from Nova Southeastern University. She was a SCORE grant scholarship recipient, achieved National Honors Society in Business, Management and Administration and was a Moot Court Honors Society member. She also served as treasurer for the NSU chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
She is admitted to practice in Florida, the United States Tax Court and the United States District Court Southern District of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar and National Association of Dealer Counsel.
Ms. Casso also holds her real estate license.
A co-founder, director and treasurer of the Danielle DeMarzo Foundation, Inc., Ms. Casso is involved in numerous other philanthropic and charitable organizations.
